Here’s an example of a ticket order form that was used to purchase tickets to Led Zeppelin’s concerts in Montreux Switzerland at the casino either on August 7, 1971 or August 8, 1971.  The order form was a post card which was filled out and sent back to the promoter to order the tickets.
