Led Zeppelin were set to return to North America in 1980 and tour in support of their then latest release In Through The Out Door.  Due to the tragic passing of their friend and drummer John Bonham the tour never took place and all concert dates were cancelled.  Concert tickets were printed for some of the dates of the tour.  Notably Michael Dehn purchased the entire inventory of the four scheduled Chicago Stadium dates, and has been selling the tickets as concert memorabilia for years.  Above is a rare example of a ticket for Led Zeppelin’s scheduled appearance at the Joe Louis Arena on October 30, 1980.
