For the 1977 North American tour the SHOWCO Inc. road crew utilized laminated passes as credentials to distinguish which individuals were employees of the company to be given access to various parts of the concert venue, to perform their designated job functions. There were four different colored laminated passes: gray, white, red, and black. Additional information in the future hopefully will explain what each color laminated pass was designated for. What is currently known is that the gray laminated pass with white lettering was used on the first leg of the tour for the sound crew. The other colors were used by the various personnel such as lighting crew.
